About Kirk

Born and raised in Michigan, I graduated from high school in New Jersey, and attended and graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Marketing and later with a M.B.A. in Business.

My business career started at Exxon and extended over 16 years in various Sales and Marketing roles Following my career in the energy business, I transitioned into the real estate and home building industry for the next 16 years, working for three national home builders (Pulte Group, KB Home, and NVR) as well as two regional home builders (John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods and Brayson Homes) in various executive roles (Sales Manager, Executive VP, Chief Operating Officer). 

Later, I became President of Spyglass Solutions, where I consulted with a variety of industry leaders to help them develop systems to increase revenues and improve operating efficiencies.

Since 2016, my wife, Jill, and I have formed a Realtor team at Harry Norman Realtors (Jill & Kirk Realtors) to help individuals and families successfully transition their particular life phases with their real estate buying or selling needs. 

Jill and I have been married for 41 years and have two sons, Michael (33) and Sam (31) along with our two 4-legged kids, Ty and Lucky.  We have lived in Atlanta since 1999.
