Rich Hayes is a lifelong resident of Cobb County, a northern suburb of Atlanta, where he has lived for over 59 years. He has been happily married to Laurisa for 35 years, and they have a daughter who graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2021 with a degree in Public Relations/Communications. She currently works as a Junior Social Strategist for a global marketing and advertising firm.
Rich transitioned to a successful real estate career at Harry Norman REALTORS® after owning a thriving vacation rental management company in Florida for 12 years, which he sold in early 2016. Prior to his entrepreneurial venture, Rich spent 18 years as a sales representative in the medical industry, specializing in rehabilitation equipment and supplies.
